School graphics card for the year 2025-2026 in Dubai .. Transparency and accurate information for parents

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai adopted the school graphics card for the new academic year 2025-2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance transparency and provide parents with accurate and clear information about the tuition fees and educational services provided in private schools in the emirate.

A unified card is available electronically
The authority explained that the school graphics card represents a comprehensive reference from one page for parents, which includes the details of the mandatory and optional fees that may be requested during the school year, including fees related to basic educational services and additional services that are not directly related to the academic curriculum.

The authority indicated that an electronic copy of the drawing card was provided to each school in Dubai schools within the school search service on its website, in addition to its availability through the page of the guardian and school contract.

The authority also obligated all schools to download the card on its official websites, to be available to parents before the beginning of each academic year.

Promote transparency
The Knowledge Authority emphasized that the design of the graphics card comes within the framework of its commitment to enhance transparency within the educational community in Dubai, and to ensure that parents are informed of all the details of the school fees clearly and accurately, in a way that contributes to enabling them to make enlightened decisions regarding the education of their children.

The card’s validity period
The authority explained that the school graphics card is valid for only one academic year, noting that the card is validated by wiping the black box at the top of the card using the mobile phone.

Communication channels
The authority called on parents who wish to inquire about school fees to direct communication with their children’s schools, confirming the availability of “opinions and proposals” on the authority’s website, where they can offer their inquiries, and the competent work team will respond to them and provide the necessary support.

Compulsory and optional fees
The authority indicated that the mandatory fees are subject to the organization and consent of the authority, and include basic tuition fees, registration and registration fees. As for the optional fees, they are usually compared to additional services that are not a direct part of the process of providing the educational curriculum, such as school transport, field trips, extra -curricula, and school uniforms if it is provided on the one hand other than the school.

Optional mandatory
The authority explained that the acquisition of textbooks is an essential part of the educational process for all students, but the classification of books fees as compulsory or optional relates only to the purchase method. In schools that include books fees within mandatory fees, parents are required to buy books exclusively from school, while in schools that are classified as optional books, families have the freedom to buy books from school or from any other approved entity.
