Dubai Roads begins implementing rapid traffic solutions in 8 vital locations

The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai has begun implementing a package of rapid traffic solutions in 8 different strategic locations within the emirate.
This comes as part of a comprehensive plan for the year 2026, which includes more than 45 traffic improvements, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of the road network, streamlining traffic, and raising safety levels for road users, keeping pace with urban and population growth, and meeting the increasing traffic density of vehicles on the streets of Dubai.
The works are distributed in various vital locations, namely: Emirates Road from Sharjah towards Wadi Al Amradi Street, Umm Amara Street towards Sheikh Zayed Road to Al Wasl Road, Jebel Ali Road to Lahbab, the area between Sama Al Jaddaf and Al Jaddaf Waterfront at Al Jaddaf Metro Station, Al Naayat Street in Al Barsha 1, Al Maktoum School in the Satwa area, the intersection of Al Ittihad Street with Al Quds Street, and Sheikh Rashid Street near the Grand Hyatt Hotel towards Bur Dubai.
