She explained: “If the student’s circumstances do not allow easily to move to another university, he can prepare an exception request file that includes a detailed explanation of his status attached to supportive documents, and submitting it to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, where the ministry refers the request to the competent exceptions committee, which will consider each case separately, and decide whether he can be granted an exception that allows him to continue his studies and recognize his testimony despite his testimony The university does not meet the approved standards. “
