Khalid bin Humaid Al Qasimi: The Arab Chess Championship in Morocco "Internationally classified"
Sharjah, on July 7/ WAM/ Sheikh Dr. Khaled bin Humaid Al Qasimi, President of the Arab Chess Federation, confirmed the classification of the Arab Championship for Sunni groups in Morocco, which will be held from 20 to 28 July, within the agenda of the International Federation, which gives its heroes international titles.
The President of the Arab Chess Federation discussed in a statement today, on the occasion of making the technical and administrative arrangements for the championship, on the great arrangements from the officials of the Moroccan Chess Federation, preparing for the championship, and coordination on all the requirements that are successful, ensuring the sustainability of the development of the game at the Arab level.
He stressed the Arab Union’s keenness to implement all development programs and sustainable qualitative initiatives, to achieve the global competitive growth of players and players of Arab countries, and to cooperate with all national federations in spreading chess culture, organizing various championships, and paying attention to the Sunni base, to build generations that have strong competitive skills.
