Sharjah Municipality looks at best practices of digital transformation in Britain
Sharjah, July 8/ WAM/ Sharjah Municipality continues to enhance its institutional and digital capabilities by seeing international best practices in the fields of municipal work and smart and digital services.
In this context, the municipality carried out a working visit to the British capital, London, which included field meetings with government agencies and specialized international companies, with the aim of exploring the latest solutions in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and geographical information systems.
Dr. Jawaher Al -Shehhi, Director of Information Technology Department and the head of the municipality delegation, stressed that the visit aims to support the municipality’s strategy in providing smart and pre -emptive services centered on customers, by adopting modern technologies that contribute to raising the efficiency of institutional work and developing digital infrastructure.
