The authority pointed out that the golden residence groups, their conditions and controls are specific in accordance with the laws, legislations and official ministerial decisions, and those wishing to know them can obtain it through the website or smart application of the authority.
The commission pointed out that all gold residence requests are managed exclusively through official government channels within the state, and no internal or external consulting body is considered an accredited party in the application process.
The authority had recently monitored press news issued by one of the consulting offices in one of the countries indicating the possibility of submitting a gold residence request in the UAE for the extent of life for all groups from outside the country, through consulting or commercial bodies and with facilitated conditions, without support from the law or referring to the competent authorities in the state.
The authority expressed its full commitment to providing a safe and clear environment for customers, and working to enhance transparency and update its services constantly through official digital platforms only. The commission stated that legal measures will be taken against the bodies that launch these rumors in an attempt to obtain funds without the right from those wishing to live and reside in the UAE by exploiting their dreams and aspirations in a decent life and a stable safe life.
