8 people were killed and 31 lost floods on the Chinese Nepalese border

8 people were killed, and 31 others were lost in floods caused by heavy rains on a plain in the Himalayas between Nepal and China.

Local sources said that the Nepalese authorities managed to recover 8 bodies, while 20 people, including 6 Chinese, are still missing.

On the Chinese side, 11 people were included in the missing.

The sources added that the competent authorities have saved 57 people so far, noting that the search and rescue operations are still ongoing.
