Ras Al Khaimah Police Commander: The qualification of security cadres at the top of priorities

Ras Al Khaimah, July 11/ WAM/ Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al -Nuaimi, Commander -in -Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, confirmed that the Ras Al Khaimah Police is keen to rehabilitate and develop police and security cadres, through modern training and applied programs based on innovation and enhances the readiness of work in various areas of security, safety, defense and crisis management, according to the highest approved standards.

This came during his meeting with the students of Batch 38 in the Internal Security Operations, who are attributed within the practical applied program, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Youssef bin Yaqoub, Deputy Director General of Central Operations and His Excellency Colonel Dr. Abdullah Ahmed bin Salman Al -Nuaimi, Director of Operations Department and a number of Ras Al Khaimah Police officers.

During the meeting, the Commander -in -Chief of Ras Al -Khaimah Police reviewed a number of proposals and development ideas presented by the candidates, which were generated through the “Innovation Laboratory” organized by the Operations Department.

The proposals focused on developing the performance of security and police work, creating organizational solutions and practical policies that support security work scientifically and practically and keeping pace with security developments according to the highest approved criteria.

Major General Ibn Alwan expressed his thanks and appreciation to the candidates for their innovative ideas and fruitful efforts, praising the skills and experiences they gained during their practical training period that spanned from last June to July, within the application program in operations management.

Students have been able to see closely about the nature of the police work, and the best applied police practices, as well as identifying technical applications and institutional development efforts implemented by the Ras Al Khaimah Police.

At the end of the meeting, the Commander -in -Chief of the Ras Al Khaimah Police wished for the students who are always successful and successful, and that they will be the best of this country.
