And “Emirates Today” monitored six initiatives provided by the Community Development Department through the “growth” program, which was designed to support Emirati families during all its stages.

The proceeds of marriage, facilitated

The easy marriage advance initiative aims to participate in the citizens of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi their joys and reduce the financial burdens from their shoulders at the beginning of the marriage, by granting the citizens of the emirate coming to marry an advance without interest, at a value of 150 thousand dirhams, to benefit from them in holding a wedding that takes into account their requirements and is in line with the authentic Emirati customs and traditions, and the beneficiaries are exempt from the initiative from paying an amount of 50 thousand dirhams from the advance after the passage of five years after the passage of five years Marriage and having two children.

Temporary housing

The initiative to provide temporary housing for recent married couples provides rental assistance to newly married citizens whose monthly income does not exceed 50 thousand dirhams, as the value of assistance can reach 75 thousand dirhams based on the monthly beneficiary income.

The assistance lasts for two years, and it can be renewed with a maximum of four years.

Mothers’ support

The Home visit initiative to support new mothers aim to provide psychological and moral support to parents in the period after the stage of birth of children and infant care, which is one of the beautiful and sensitive stages at the same time for the couple and the newborn, which contributes to the guidance of parents for the best ways to deal with the newborn, the importance of their cooperation in his care, and to ensure the preservation of the safety of the mother and the child.

Maternity

The maternity leave initiative for workers in the private sector aims to extend maternity leave for women working in the private sector and equals them in the government sector to reach 90 days, to enhance the stability of Emirati families, and enable parents to bear the responsibility for having children, caring for and caring for children, which contributes to the consolidation of the stability of families and increased their happiness and well -being, as it contributes to providing time for the mother to rest and take care of their newborn And attention to his psychological and physical health.

Payment of a percentage of residential loans

The initiative to exempt citizens who benefit from paying a percentage of the amount of housing loans is keen to deduct an amount of the value of the housing loan, at 30 thousand dirhams for the fourth child and 30 thousand dirhams for the fifth child, and 40 thousand dirhams for the sixth child without changing the original payment period of the loan. The initiative targets the owners of monthly incomes between 21 thousand and 50 thousand dirhams.

Extending the period of repayment of housing loans

This initiative provides the citizen who benefits from the benefits of housing loans from the owners of monthly incomes that exceed 50 thousand dirhams, to reduce the value of their monthly installments by extending the period of repayment of the housing loan for a period of nine years, by three years for each additional baby from the fourth child to the sixth.
