The last period witnessed that the referees committee of the Football Association assigned important matches in the league to the women’s component, based on the importance of granting the “female whistle” the opportunity to prove its worth and participate in managing football matches for men.

In terms of the wisdom of the arena, Rawda Al-Mansouri recorded a distinguished presence in managing the ADNOC Professional League matches in the last season 2024-2025, where she led three important matches, namely: Dibba Al-Hosn and Ajman match in round 17, which ended with Ajman’s victory with a clean goal, and Al-Mansouri managed in a distinctive way despite its sensitivity, especially for the Dibba Al-Hosn team, which was then threatened with landing before it was officially landed Later, as well as the Ajman and Al-Araba match in round 23, which ended with the victory of Arabism 3-2, while the third match was the one that brought together Bani Yas and Kalba in the last round 26, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

In turn, the international wisdom of assistance, Amal Jamal, also recorded a remarkable presence, as she participated in managing many matches in the ADNOC Professional League and the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup, as a second assistance wisdom was in the Sharjah and Arab match in the fifth round of the last season, led by referee Yahya Al -Mulla, while Rawda Al -Mansouri participated as a fourth wisdom in the same match.

Amal Jamal also participated in the season before the last season as part of a women’s arbitration team led by Rawda Al -Mansouri, in the two games of Bani Yas and Ajman, Al -Ain and Al -Battal.
