The UAE position is fixed towards Syria .. and our support for its unity and stability is continuing

Dr. Anwar Gargash, the diplomatic advisor to His Highness the President of the State, stressed that the Emirati position is fixed in condemning the Israeli escalation, and a supporter of the unity and stability of the Syrian lands.

Dr. Gargash said that the term “conflict over Syria”, which was addressed by political literature since its independence in 1946, is today in a new stage aimed at adapting the features of the future Syria.

He stressed that the UAE sees in Syria a central Arab country, noting that its strength, success and prosperity represents important pillars for the stability of the region.
He added, “Syria is not an arena for conflict, but rather a country that all its sons should seek.”
