Dubai Police celebrates the International Day of the Nasement

The General Command of Dubai Police, represented by the General Administration of Punitive and Correctional Institutions, celebrated the International Day of Nassel 2025, with the aim of highlighting the efforts made by Dubai Police, and reflects the culture of the country that urges support to the inmates, and encourage them by working to modify their behavior, qualify them and prepare them to return good individuals to society.

The Director of the General Administration of Punitive and Correctional Institutions, Major General Marwan Julphar, said that the celebration of the International Day of Nizam reflects the noble human values, and contributes to enhancing society’s confidence in the efforts made to achieve the message of the punitive and reformist institutions in reforming and rehabilitating inmates, providing the necessary support to them, and taking their hands to become good individuals to reintegrate them into society.

Major General Marwan Julphar explained that the General Administration of Punitive and Correctional Institutions has become an educational and educational beacon for guests, through the programs and targeted courses that it provides, and through the vital role it plays in qualifying the inmate by providing educational, cultural, training and sports programs that help them integrate into society.

He pointed out that the punitive institutions derived their plan to rehabilitate the inmates from “the human before the place”, so they were keen to implement a package of programs that enhance the confidence of the inmates themselves, and then in the institution, in addition to removing the barrier of fear and frequency that delivers their issuance towards their societies that they will return to after spending their punishment, so that they can benefit themselves and serve their society, in addition to practicing their religious rituals, to support the process of qualification and education With the immunity of the spirit that is equivalent to the importance of body immunity and thought.

The director of the Acting Education and Training Department, Lieutenant -Colonel Dr. Khaled Khalifa Al Mazrouei, said that the celebration of the International Day of the Nassam included many events, sports activities and lectures, in addition to a training workshop in the arts of chess, and a workshop in free drawing, which included drawing artistic paintings expressing the international event, and drawing designs for the event.
