Al Ain Club signs an agreement with "Spox" Investment to develop a branch "Domesticate"
Al Ain on July 24/ WAM/ Al Ain Club today announced the signing of the largest investment, social, and developmental agreement in its history, through a 30 -year strategic partnership with (SPOX) for investment, which specializes in developing sustainable societies.
The agreement provides for the redevelopment of the club’s branch in the Al -Amra neighborhood, and its transformation into an integrated service destination that meets the aspirations of the city’s residents, through the establishment of modern facilities that combine modern lifestyle with various community services, in a step confirming the club’s commitment to enhance its leadership role in the city, and contribute to sustainable urban development.
The project includes a comprehensive set of qualitative facilities, including sales outlets, restaurants for restaurants, specialized medical clinics, a multi -use center to organize events and activities, and interactive spaces for sports and entertainment that serve families and youth. The project aims to make the Al -Amra branch a vital and model social service center that mixes daily services and interactive activities, and enhances the quality of life with modern standards.
Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Vice -Chairman of the Board of Directors, confirmed in a press conference today at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium that the project of developing the club’s branch in Al -Amrah is a true translation of the club’s vision of being an integrated service platform that touches the details of the daily life of the city’s residents.
He said that this long -term partnership with Spox is not just a trade agreement, but also a strategic commitment to societal development based on confidence and sustainability that extends its effects for upcoming decades.
For his part, Ahmed Jumaa Al Shamsi, Vice Chairman of SPOX, stressed that “Al Ain has a rooted societal spirit and an accelerated urban development, which makes it an ideal environment for sustainable investment and the partnership with Al Ain Club represents a pivotal step towards establishing an integrated community center that serves the population, contributes to enhancing local economic activity, and achieves a long -term value for society and investors.
This partnership is not just a care agreement, but rather a profound investment in the social city structure. He described the project as a strategic pillar within the club’s vision to expand its sporting heritage towards developmental and societal roles, and places a national model for comprehensive and integrated initiatives that enhance the value of sport in human service.
The project’s work is scheduled to start within the next few weeks, to be implemented according to a phased plan that guarantees the provision of services gradually, and to achieve a tangible impact at an appropriate time.
