She pointed out that there are two options available on the possibility of re -verification of a user whose request has been rejected despite his claim that he is over 13 years old, saying: “Either he waits 30 days before trying the same way, or to choose an alternative to achieve an alternative, such as verification through personal identity,” adding that verification through documented approval from the parents will be a future option.
And on how Rublix dealt with teenagers who use the accounts of their parents or incorrect ages to bypass the verification system, she made it clear that the system is equipped with controls that depend on the techniques of identifying the face to reduce this type of illegal use.
She added that the platform provides extension resources for helping families to understand how Rublix works, and getting to know the available parental security tools. She pointed out that in some cases, the user’s life is re -verified periodically while using the platform, especially when indicators indicate the introduction of inaccurate information.

She explained that Rublix believes in the importance of enabling adolescents to manage their digital presence consciously, in parallel with supporting the role of the parents in their guidance, noting that the platform provides integrated safety tools that allow a safe and positive environment, and helps parents understand the developments of their children’s world within Rublix, and also allows the feature of linking the father’s account to the teenager account, which allows follow -up activities, such as the games used, and accounts Interacting, duration of use, in addition to receiving alerts about spending inside the platform.
She said that the “reliable contact authorities” was designed to ensure that these parties belong to people who know the user and trust in his real life, to reveal fraud or impersonation.
And it indicated that the addition of a reliable contact can only take place through two specific methods: either by matching the numbers in the phone record, or by wiping the (QR) icon for the other person, which reduces the possibility of plagiarism or bullying by adding unknown ends.
She explained that there are procedures followed if it turns out later that one of the “reliable contacts” posed a danger to the user or practiced a bullying behavior, noting that Rublix applies a proactive monitoring system that includes all forms of communication, including messages with reliable contacts, with the aim of monitoring any harmful behavior such as manipulation or exploitation, pointing to the seriousness of dealing with any reports or indicators to violate policies, Where the necessary measures are taken immediately, to protect users and ensure a safe and positive digital environment.
Regarding the difference between the unpleasant chatting within the “reliable contacts” and regular chat, she explained that the “reliable communication authorities” feature gives users greater freedom in exchanging personal information, while constantly committing to community standards and strict supervision operations on the platform, with the application of an accurate filter of content and unparalleled communication, and monitoring all conversations to ensure a safe environment. We also encourage users to take advantage of the feature of reporting any abuse or violation, and this feature is not available to users under the age of 13, as it is forbidden to share personal information for them, and their content is subject to strict filtering and continuous monitoring.
Regarding the possibility of adolescents automatically in playing times and organizing the use of the screen, and the extent of the supervision of the parents on that, she made it clear that Rublix seeks to achieve an accurate balance between giving adolescents their independence and ensuring their safety, for this new tools have been developed that help adolescents to set health boundaries to use the platform, which gives them the ability to manage their digital lives with confidence and responsibility, and these tools are available to all users, but they meet the needs Teenagers in particular.
