In the context of its institutional moves to enhance national cooperation and open new strategic paths, the National Academy for Training received today, Sunday, July 27, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, in his first official visit after Dr. Sulafa Gouili assumed the position of Executive Director of the Academy, and Dr. Taher Nasr, Deputy Executive Director. By enhancing coordination and integration between national institutions concerned with empowering youth, especially the National Academy for Training and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as they are two main pillars in building a generation capable of leading the future. Training and enhancing innovation in designing programs directed to the youth category, in a manner consistent with the priorities of the Egyptian state in investing in people and building national cadres capable of leadership and change. It is concerned with empowering young people, noting that the real investment in youth begins with adopting flexible training policies, based on a deep understanding of the needs and challenges The axis that the academy has has since its foundation, stressing its confidence that the new leadership will make a qualitative shift in the nature of partnerships and areas of cooperation, especially with regard to the rehabilitation of young people and the development of middle leaders on advanced scientific and applied grounds. From training and rehabilitation programs, with a focus on institutional integration between national training policies and the needs of the youth and youth sector. From awareness, affiliation and readiness to contribute to the national development process.
