Detected The General Authority for Transport , today, the number of trips executed through applications The transfer of passengers , which amounted to more than (32) million trips during the second quarter of 2025, registered an increase of (104%) compared to the same quarter of last year. The Kingdom, while the operating platforms amounted to (15.3) thousand platforms with a growth rate of (87%)." align ="center" Class ="twitter-tweet" Data-DNT ="True">

Performing passenger transport applications witnessed remarkable growth during the second quarter of 2025, with the implementation of more than 32 million trips, an increase in the number of passengers, and drivers, which reflects the sector’s development and its role in supporting efficiency and improving the transition experience."

passenger transport applications topped Riyadh region the highest percentage of the number of trips executed (41%), while the Makkah Al -Mukarramah region came second with (22.5%), then the Eastern region with (15.7%), Medina by (6.1%), followed by the Asir region by (3.4%). (1.9%), the Jazan region by (1.3%), the Najran region by (0.7%), the Al -Jouf region by (0.6%), the northern border region by (0.3%), and the Al -Baha region by (0.3%). And reliability, and meets the needs and aspirations of beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom.
