Collaborate "Islamic Dubai" and"Jail" To support health and humanitarian initiatives

Dubai, July 31/ WAM/ The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Work in Dubai discussed with Al -Jalila Foundation, ways to support health and humanitarian initiatives, in the presence of His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Department, and Dr. Amer Mohamed Al -Zarouni, CEO of the Foundation, at the headquarters of the department.
The meeting discussed the developments of the Hamdan Bin Rashid Cancer Hospital project, one of the leading humanitarian projects in the country.
Dr. Al -Zarouni made a comprehensive presentation on the project, while a message was delivered from His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Al -Jalila Foundation, in which he expressed the institution’s appreciation for the role of the department and its societal contributions.
Al -Muhairi stressed that supporting health and humanitarian initiatives is a strategic priority for the department, in line with its vision in leadership in religious and charitable work, and praised the hospital project and described it as a qualitative addition to the health and humanitarian structure in the country.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides stressed the importance of expanding cooperation in the fields of charitable and humanitarian work, in order to enhance the quality of life and translate the vision of the rational leadership in making the Emirates a global model of giving and mercy.
