The National Campaign for Safety and Safety at 2025 fuel stations continues successfully

Abu Dhabi, August 2 / WAM / The activities of the sixth edition of the National Safety and Safety Campaign in the fuel stations for the year 2025, organized by the Joint Committee for Security and Safety headed by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, in cooperation with the General Command of Civil Defense in the Ministry of Interior, the (ADNOC Distribution), the Emirates Petroleum Company (Emirates), and the Emirates National Petroleum Company (ENOC).
The campaign was launched on July 26, and will continue until August 31, in conjunction with the occasion of “Safety Day in Future Stations”, which falls on July 17 of each year, under the slogan “Safety is a commitment and not a choice”, in confirmation of the importance of individuals ’commitment to preventive behaviors and correct procedures within gas stations.
The campaign aims to enhance the awareness of community members of the principles of security and safety, and highlight the sound practices to be followed while mobilizing vehicles with fuel, in a way that contributes to protecting lives and property, and ensuring a safe work environment for both workers and stations.
This initiative comes within an integrated national efforts to consolidate the culture of public safety in vital sites, especially the fuel stations that have been transformed from traditional service facilities to multi -use destinations that include stores and recreational facilities, which imposes the necessity of raising the level of commitment to the standards of preventive and professional safety.
The campaign includes a wide range of awareness -raising activities and interactive workshops, as well as extensive media campaigns, and distributing printed indicative materials in vital stations and centers, with the aim of reaching the largest segment of the public, as well as training programs and specialized workshops targeting workers in gas stations, to raise their efficiency in dealing with emergency situations, and developing their skills in the field of professional safety and rapid response.
The previous copies of the campaign resulted in tangible results in raising the level of societal awareness, and achieving a noticeable improvement in the commitment of individuals to safety measures, which reflects the importance of the continuation of this type of initiatives that depend on integration between government agencies and the private sector, and confirms the frequency of this campaign for the sixth year, respectively, the proactive approach to the UAE in enhancing public safety and safety, and its keenness to provide a safe and sustainable environment in all facilities Service, translation of the state’s vision of achieving the highest standards of life quality, and maintaining the safety of members of society.
