Sharjah Sports Council: Our vacation is not" It achieved a remarkable success and a great turnout from club employees

Sharjah, on August 6 / WAM / His Excellency Issa Hilal Al -Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council in the highest congratulations and appreciation of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, in appreciation of his generous care and continuous interest in sponsoring young people and his unlimited support for youth and sports events in the emirate and on the success of the eleventh edition of the event of “our holiday is not.”

Al -Hazami emphasized that the event of “our vacation is not”, which was organized during the period from June 30 to July 31, 2025, achieved remarkable success and a great turnout from the employees of Sharjah Sports and Specialized Clubs, as the number of participants reached 4219 of the age groups for boys and girls (from 7 to 12 years and 13 to 17 years), indicating that this demand reflects the importance of summer programs that target young people and meets their educational needs And sports.

His Excellency said that the directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah represent the road map for all our programs and activities, stressing that the care of young people is a permanent priority in the council’s plans, which is reflected in the great support and the potential that is harnessed annually for the success of this event.

Al -Hazami explained that the eleventh edition of the summer program was held in a stimulating environment and in accurate organization, which contributed to achieving its desired goals, pointing out that the integrated work between the organization’s teams, partners, and participating clubs had the biggest role in the success of the program.

At the end of his statement, the President of the Sharjah Sports Council announced that during the coming period, a special official ceremony will be organized to honor the winning clubs in the eleventh edition of the event “Our holiday is not”, according to the criteria and conditions set by the organizing committee, which was based on the evaluation of the participants through the files provided and field visits.

The ceremony will also witness the honoring of the strategic partners who contributed to the success of the event, in addition to the various work teams, in appreciation of their efforts in the success of this program, which has become a milestone in the summer activities agenda addressed to the creation in the Emirate of Sharjah.
