Sharjah, August 7 / WAM / The Board of Directors of Sharjah Holding Company reviewed its second meeting of 2025 ongoing operational operations, financial data, and future strategic directions, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth in real estate and commercial projects that the company developed, within the “stores” and the integrated “bright” housing project.

His Excellency Walid Al -Sayegh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stressed the importance of partnership with the Majid Al Futtaim Group in developing innovative business models that enhance the competitiveness of projects and keep pace with the aspirations of the Emirate of Sharjah in sustainable economic development, adding that strategic cooperation between the two parties contributes to exchanging experiences and raising performance efficiency.

For his part, Mr. Walid Al -Hashemi, CEO of Sharjah Holding Company, explained that the company puts the human being at the heart of each project, in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, in consolidating the quality of life as a major axis of development, pointing to the company’s commitment to provide an integrated urban environment that meets the needs of society.

The meeting discussed the most prominent developments in current projects, operational challenges, and development plans for the next stage, as well as assessing the main performance indicators, adopting a number of recommendations aimed at raising operational efficiency and achieving added value to shareholders.

Al -Zahia is one of the prominent projects of Sharjah Holding Company, as it includes about 3,700 housing units designed according to the highest standards of environmental sustainability, and it is the first residential project in the UAE and the Middle East region to obtain a global “Prayam” certificate for residential complexes.
