Emirates Youth Youth Championship starts August 15
Abu Dhabi, August 11/ WAM/ The Emirates Mou Tai Federation announced today the start of the Emirates Tay Tai Youth Championship on August 15th at the Dubai World Trade Center, for different age groups from 10 years to 17 years for players from various clubs and abroad.
Players participating in more than 90 weights are competing for ages from 10 years to 11 years, 12 to 13 years, 14 to 15 years, and 16 to 17 years, while the organizing committee of the tournament is conducting the weight and medical examination process next Wednesday at the Federation headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
Ali Khoury, a member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Federation for Mawy Tae and Cake Boxing, the Federation’s Executive Director, said that the tournament is held within the Federation’s agenda aimed at supporting the youth category and developing their talents through the establishment of various championships, as well as being an opportunity to prepare before participating in the World Youth Championship scheduled for next month in Space 42 Arena in Abu Dhabi.
