Ras Al Khaimah Police launches the tourist campaign "Sustainable security and safety"
Ras Al Khaimah, August 11/ WAM/ The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police represented by the General Administration of Police Operations – Tourism Police Department launched the awareness tourism campaign “sustainable security and safety” in cooperation with the General Administration of Civil Defense – Ras Al Khaimah and Ras Al Khaimah Authority for Tourism Development.
The initiative comes within the framework of enhancing security awareness efforts and consolidating the concepts of sustainable tourism security and safety.
Colonel Omar Muhammad Al -Oud Al -Tunaiji, Director of the Criminal Investigations and Investigation Department, said that the tourism campaign targeted field visits to tourist facilities; With the aim of seeing safety procedures regarding ponds and beaches and ensuring that the rescuers are present at the swimming pools, and directing the awareness and security guidance of the audience of tourists about the safety procedures that must be followed when all tourist swimming pools, beaches and facilities in the emirate.
He stressed the importance of intensifying security presence in tourist sites to spread and enhance tourism security awareness among the audience of tourists in the emirate, and to provide the finest innovative police services that guarantee a safe tourism experience, and create a sustainable and enjoyable tourism environment in all destinations of the region, calling on everyone to adhere to security guidelines and legal regulations and stressed the importance of communicating with the competent authorities when needed to ensure the security and safety of all.
