Ras Al -Khaimah, August 17/ WAM/ The comprehensive Al -Dqaladah Police Station launched an innovative initiative entitled “The Day of the Good Dealer” to serve the owners of determination, in the context of its interest in enhancing the quality of security life, and active participation in the initiative of government customers councils, and in line with his keenness to delight customers by providing all services with high efficiency.
The launch of the initiative came in cooperation with the Community Protection and Protection Department, the Department of Strategy and Performance Development, and the heads of the transaction and services experience in the global stars system to classify services, and with the participation of a number of officers with the aim of enhancing the positive work environment and developing the experience of dealers who have anxiety in line with the directions of the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police in the happiness of society.
Major Dr. Rashid Obaid Al -Baghham Al -Naqbi – Acting Head of the Police Center for the Comprehensive Police in the Acting Axis of the Customer Experience – opened a session held within the initiative that brought together the relevant employees and dealers from the category of determination in order to exchange opinions and learn about the ideas and development proposals in line with their aspirations and meet their needs, and measure the impact of the application of such ideas at the level of their happiness and the extent of their satisfaction with the services provided to them.
Al -Naqbi said that interest in people with determination is an integral part of the General Command of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, and that enabling them and serving them according to the highest standards is a firm commitment in the heart of our police system, and its deep belief reflects that the best development ideas stem from the people of the experience themselves, pointing out that this event aims to listen to the opinions of the people of determination and their proposals that are the basis for building services Police and facilitate them in proportion to their needs, and in a manner that guarantees the preservation of their dignity and independence.
