We are honored to host it at this historical time, coinciding with the inclusion of the Sesame Machine on the UNESCO Introduction List. This achievement is the culmination of a long march of a machine that has always been part of the identity of the Egyptians, which was carried out by a group of heritage and art specialists on a long journey of studies, hard work and documentation. With its insertion on the list of the neutral heritage of UNESCO, the sesame has become the tenth element that is added to the Egyptian list. This achievement would not have been achieved had it not been for the relevant efforts of the committee that worked day and night, and led the file with high craftsmanship until documenting it.
