Al -Baqali: The empowerment of Bahraini women is a firm approach in Alba

On the occasion of the twenty -fourth anniversary of the founding of the Supreme Council for Women, the CEO of Aluminum Bahrain stressed. (Alba), Ali Al -Baqali, that this occasion represents an important station to renew the commitment to support and empower Bahraini women, in line with the visions of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the wife of His Majesty the King, President of the Supreme Council for Women, in promoting the participation of women in various productive and service sectors.

Al -Baqali pointed out that Alba places its top priorities to provide a comprehensive work environment that allows Bahraini women real opportunities to take leadership and technical positions, in addition to the continuous investment in training and skills development, in order to enhance their readiness to compete and innovate, and contributes to building a diverse national economy based on competencies.

He added: “This special day in light of the reformist era of His Majesty the King, may God protect and preserve him, reflects the qualitative achievements in the field of empowering Bahraini women and involving them as a major partner in development. We in Alba are proud that we are part of this bright march, and are committed to working alongside the Supreme Council for Women to establish women’s gains in the labor market.”

Al -Baqali stressed that the company will continue its supportive programs for women, whether through internal training initiatives or through partnerships with the relevant national institutions, in a manner that ensures the continuation of the Bahraini leadership in this field at the regional and global levels.

Al -Baqali concluded by emphasizing that Alba will remain a fundamental supporter of Bahraini women, believing in her vital role in achieving the goals of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, and continuing the march of excellence and creativity in various fields.
