Through which entrepreneurs, decision makers and industry leaders targeted workers within the scope of the free zone and the local market, the session aimed to simplify the complex concepts related to corporate tax and enable the business community to make financial decisions with confidence and ensure their compatibility with the regulations in force.
Experts in the field of taxes, to attend during the session, provided valuable and practical information about the federal framework for corporate tax, which included registration mechanisms, the deadline, the requirements for saving financial records and procedures related to compliance, and the session provided the attendance with the necessary resources for researchers on a clear explanation free of complexity.
The attendees gained valuable visions about the advantages granted to free zones companies, qualified income standards and tax exemptions, in addition to the importance of maintaining realistic economic activity.
The advantages of the exemption and facilities program were also reviewed for small companies of the Federal Tax Authority, which provides significant support to companies with annual revenues less than 3 million dirhams and tax exemption for profits that do not exceed 375 thousand dirhams.
