18391 real estate deals with 992 million dinars since the beginning of 2025 in Bahrain

The real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain witnessed a remarkable activity since the beginning of this year, as the total number of real estate deals registered until the end of August reached about 18391 transactions, with a total value of 992 million Bahraini dinars, which reflects the continuous vitality in the real estate trading movement of all kinds, according to the statistics published on the website of the Survey and Real Estate Registration Authority.

During the month of August until the date of 24 of it, 2215 real estate transactions were registered with a total value of 96 million Bahraini dinars, compared to the month of July, which witnessed the registration of 2824 deals, which means that the number of deals decreased during August by 609 deals, or 21.6%.

This decline comes as a natural reflection of market fluctuations and change the pace of real estate activity from one month to another.

Statistics also showed that on August 5 was the highest active with 211 transactions, followed on August 19 with 188 transactions, then August 13 with 169 deals, while the lowest activity days were on August 24 with only 53 transactions, followed on August 17 with 75 transactions, then on August 18 with 79 transactions, which reflects the variation of trading between the month days according to the movement of market and demand.
