The “Modern Pentacle” season witnessed many bright stations

Tomorrow evening, Sunday, the UAE Modern Pentathlon Federation will celebrate the conclusion of the 2025-2026 sports season, through an honoring ceremony held in the presence of members of the Board of Directors, representatives of the supporting bodies and strategic partners, in addition to the male and female players and the technical and administrative staff, in appreciation of the efforts that contributed to achieving successes and achievements during the season.

The ceremony comes within the framework of the Union’s keenness to establish a culture of excellence and giving, and to recognize the great role played by the success partners in supporting the Union’s activities and programmes, in addition to celebrating the champions who presented distinguished levels in various local and foreign tournaments and competitions.

The ceremony’s program includes honoring the sponsors, supporters and strategic partners who had an effective contribution to the implementation of the Federation’s plans and development programmes, as well as honoring the male and female players with outstanding achievements, and the coaches, administrators and referees who contributed to the success of the sports season.

The ceremony will witness a review of the most prominent achievements and programs implemented during the season, in addition to highlighting future plans aimed at enhancing the spread of modern pentathlon and raising the level of competitiveness between male and female players.

Dr. Hoda Al Matroushi, President of the Emirates Modern Pentathlon Federation, pointed out that the 2025-2026 sports season witnessed many bright milestones that reflected the extent of the development witnessed by the game in the country, thanks to the continued support of the Ministry of Sports, the National Olympic Committee, sports authorities and strategic partners.

She said: “We are proud of the achievements and technical and organizational gains achieved during this season, whether at the level of expanding the base of practitioners or developing training programs and preparing players to participate in various tournaments. We are also proud of the fruitful partnership with the supporting institutions that had a fundamental role in the success of the Federation’s plans and achieving its goals.”

She added: “We look forward to the next season with greater ambitions and more comprehensive plans, with the aim of discovering more national talents, refining their capabilities, and enhancing the country’s presence on the regional and international scene in the sport of modern pentathlon, in line with the country’s vision of supporting sporting excellence and creating champions.”
