Tamkeen CEO meets Bahraini youth

Maha Abdel Hamid Moufiz, CEO of the Labor Fund “Tamkeen”, stressed the importance of the pivotal role played by Bahraini youth through their active participation in the development process in the Kingdom, their positive contribution to generating innovative ideas, and enhancing their productivity in all fields and sectors to which they belong.
She emphasized that “Tamkeen” has always been keen to feed these creative ideas by creating an environment that stimulates creativity and innovation, and providing them with the appropriate opportunities to display their projects, while she is keen to develop their skills in a way that is reflected in their performance in their various roles, whether they choose the path of leadership or employment.
This came when meeting a selection of Bahraini youth from the participants in the “Future Bett” program organized by the Bahrain Institute for Political Development, where during the meeting the most prominent programs and initiatives provided by “Tamkeen” were reviewed to support Bahraini youth in entering the labor market and developing in it, as well as supporting institutions.
The meeting also included a number of interactive discussions and questions that the participants addressed to the CEO to “Enable” on the most prominent strategic directions of the fund and support mechanisms, which contribute to achieving the main goals.
This meeting comes as part of a series of meetings organized by the Institute for the participants in the program with a number of leaders and decision makers in the Kingdom, where the program aims to prepare a youthful generation that possesses efficiency and awareness of active participation in political life, by providing them with knowledge and tools that qualify them to interact with construction with state institutions and decision makers.
