A Brazilian “world champion” winger is on his way to Barcelona

The newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” reported that Barcelona’s management has already begun moving early to outline the features of its plan in the upcoming summer transfer market, with a focus on concluding deals capable of strengthening the team’s strength before the start of the new season.

The newspaper said that the Catalan club includes Chelsea’s Portuguese winger, Pedro Neto, on its list of interests to strengthen the offensive line during the coming period.

Barcelona’s move comes in light of the positive results achieved by the team this season, as it currently leads the Spanish League table with 67 points, four points ahead of its traditional rival, Real Madrid, who is in second place.

On the continental level, Barcelona continues its journey in the round of 16 of the Champions League, after tying in the first leg against Newcastle United with a score of (1-1) in the match that was held at St. James Park.
