The Supreme President of the Emirates University: Emirati women are an essential pillar in the foresight of the future

Al Ain on August 27/ WAM/ His Excellency Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Supreme President of the United Arab Emirates University, confirmed that the qualitative achievements made by Emirati women reflecting the wise vision of our wise leadership, and continuous support from Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak “Mother of the Emirates”, which has devoted her career to empower women and enhance their role in building the homeland and upholding its affairs between nations.
His Excellency said in a statement on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day: Emirati women have proven their worth in the leadership and decision -making sites, and in the fields of education, research and innovation, and have become a basic pillar in the foresight of the future and the sustainable development industry and we at the Emirates University cherish the leadership of our students and the educational staff, and with the leading scientific and research contributions, which constitute a real addition to the march of development and innovation, and reflects the university’s commitment to its national mission in Supporting women’s energies and enabling them to be creative and distinguished.
He also stressed that Emirati women will always remain a role model in giving and leadership, and a source of pride and pride in our dear homeland. His Excellency went to the highest verses of appreciation and pride to the daughters of the homeland, who proved their distinguished presence in various fields, and contributed to their efforts and giving in drawing the features of the renaissance and progress march that our country is witnessing today.
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Ali Al -Raisi, Director of the University on this occasion on Emirati Women’s Day, said we are proud of the United Arab Emirates University for what our students and graduates have achieved distinguished achievements in various disciplines, as they proved their competence and leadership in research, innovation and community work, and we are also proud of the faculty members who contribute to promoting education, innovation and scientific research, as workers at the university contributed a great role in supporting the system Educational.

For its part, a number of women’s leaders at the university expressed their pride in the pivotal role of women as a basic partner in the national construction and development process, where Dr. Asma Al -Menhali, Undersecretary of the Faculty of Science, said that the Emirati Women’s Day is a culmination of a busy march started by the “Mother of the Emirates” Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation alongside the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan, in building A homeland in which women contributed to merit, and the achievements of Emirati women in education and scientific research have emerged, especially in the fields of stem cells, genetic diseases, cancer treatment, environmental science, pharmaceutical industries, therapeutic nutrition, and technology, with great support from the state and its academic institutions.
