Ajman achieves more than 75% of the bureaucrat

Ajman, on August 28 / WAM / The Ajman Digital Department, in cooperation with the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department today, organized a meeting of the Bureaucratic T), is the second of the next generation services program, in which the emirate succeeded in completing more than 75%of the targets, in an achievement that reflects the emirate’s commitment to seeing the rational leadership in developing the government work system and enhancing the quality of services.

The meeting witnessed the participation of the foreign ministries, energy, infrastructure, human resources, Emiratisation, the Department of Land and Property and all local and federal departments in the emirate, within the Ajman digital government program that reviewed its entrepreneurial experience in this field, and provided its most prominent digital services, in addition to reviewing the statistics of the smart mission that reflects the efficiency of digital transformation and facilitating the services of customers at home and abroad.

His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al -Kaabi, Executive Director of the Media Office of the Ajman Government, said that the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, stresses the need to accelerate the completion of the targets related to the bureaucracy to simplify procedures and provide smart services that contribute to building an integrated digital future.

He expressed his pride in the efforts of the emirate and the role of Ajman’s digital government and its distinction in the Bureaucracy program at the Federal level with the participation and cooperation of government, local and federal agencies in the emirate, noting that the completion of the Emirate of Ajman from the national project reached 75% of achieving goals in the bureaucracy.

He reviewed the most prominent smart services and successful experiences that facilitate services for the public and dealers in the emirate and reduce the bureaucracy. He also talked about some packages in the Emirate of Ajman, such as “my family package”, which summarizes the time for those coming to marry and “a package that owns in Ajman” that facilitates investors to provide smart and resurrected services in the maximum period of time.

For her part, Latifa Al -Matroushi, director of the “Next Generation Services” program, told Ajman’s government that the program, under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, an exceptional experience that contributes to providing smart services of high quality and efficiency for customers.

She explained during the second meeting of the next generation services that the second stage of the project focuses on the practical implementation of the initiatives and projects that aim to enrich a distinguished customer experience through pioneering government services and is characterized by easily and flexibility. It also talked about the launch of a smart digital platform that helped government agencies in the emirate to work actually to simplify the procedures and accelerate them on all government services.

Walid Al -Shehhi, Director of the Office of Strategy and Institutional Development in the Department of Land and Real Estate Organization in Ajman, pointed out the importance of the program in developing services continuously and government integration with all federal, local and private bodies in order to form service packages that facilitate the department’s procedures and simplify procedures for all customers.

He talked about a “ownership package” in Ajman, in which five strategic partners contribute, through which the visits were shortened for all entities for dealers or investors for real estate in the emirate and completing them with less than 5 minutes.

Lily Al -Balushi from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure dealt with the most prominent experience of the Ministry in simplifying services through the bureaucracy program and offered its smart platforms, which is a “home bouquet”.

She praised the efforts of Ajman’s digital government, which worked to prepare the digital structure in the Emirate of Ajman, where it is the first emirate in which the documents are whistled from 10 to zero documents through a home package.
