“Dragon Oil” and"Hope group" Iraqi strengthens cooperation in the oil and gas sector
Dubai, August 29/ WAM/ Dragon Oil, which is entirely owned by the Emirates National Oil Company “Enok”, affiliated to the Dubai Government, today, a memorandum of understanding with the Plasoul Al Salam Oil Services Company, one of the Iraqi Al -Amal Group companies, signed at the company’s headquarters in Dubai.
The memorandum was signed by Dragon Oil, Eng. Farid Al Hashemi, CEO of expansion and growth on behalf of Eng. Abdul Karim Al Mazmi, Acting CEO, while the Iraqi side, Muhammad Al -Sudani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Amal Group, represented in the presence of a number of executive leaders from both sides.
The memorandum aims to explore opportunities for joint cooperation in the oil and gas sector, including technical and engineering services, purchases, construction work, support for operational operations, in addition to researching investment opportunities in promising oil fields and other future projects, and strengthening strategic partnerships with national companies in the sisterly Republic of Iraq.
