During the first trial sessions .. Investigations reveal the content of accounts or the banking of the bank

The first sessions of the controversial Egyptian Blueger trial were launched “Umm Sajda”, in case No. 1767 of 2025, in the Misdemeanor Court – Economic Affairs, on charges related to the crimes of information technology and publishing that violates public modesty through its account on “Tech Talk”.








The order to refer the accused to the economic court in Cairo stated that the confidentiality of its bank accounts was raised after the issuance of an order to seize its funds, after formal charges of being involved in suspicious activities related to money laundering.

The referral order also clarified that “Umm Sajda” published videos that contained obscene words and phrases that scratch public modesty, affected family principles and values ​​in Egyptian society, in violation of the ethics of society and legal articles: 12, 25, 27, 1/38 of Law No. 175 of 2018 on IT crimes, in addition to Articles 1/30 and 278 of the Penal Code.

The ongoing investigations in the case revealed that the electronic storage unit in Al -Harz No. 1459 partially on its computer contains 9 videos.

Investigations added that the first video clip, a minute and 22 seconds, appears during her conversation with an unknown person, using screaming words, screaming and unethical phrases, and the clip was published on social media sites for the public.

It was found from the confessions of the accused in the investigations that the second video clip, a minute and 26 seconds, includes the exchange of dialogue between “Umm Sajda” and another with “Bint Mubarak”, and the use of abusive words, and it was also published on the social networking sites of the public.

Investigations also revealed that the third video clip, a period of 59 seconds, is a representative scene that shows the accused, as it uses the shameful words of modesty on the main road; This raised the ire of citizens, and it was confirmed that it was published on the communication sites.
