Innovative works for Emirati talents in"Abu Dhabi Hunting and Equestrian"

Abu Dhabi, September 4 / WAM / The 22nd edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Show witnessed a remarkable presence of the young Emirati talents that presented innovative artworks that combined heritage and modernity, where artistic paintings from “Robbe” cubes embodied international national and cultural symbols, while an innovative visual action was presented that relied on “Emirati heritage” as a major element To embody the journey of ideas in the human mind from the spark of the idea to the final vision.

Engineer Khalfan Jumaa Al -Marashda, founder and CEO of “CuPIXART”, said that the “Robic” cubes, which has been a mental game for nearly 60 years, formed a fertile material for the production of unique artworks, reviewing paintings that embodied historical images in the UAE, which included founding leaders and state leaders and elders, in addition to international artistic, sports and cultural symbols.

Al -Marashda added, in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, “WAM”, that his participation in the Abu Dhabi International Fishing and Equestrian Exhibition in its 22nd edition came to display new types of photography and drawing, using various sizes of “Rubk” cubes ranging between 99 and 1,800 cubes in one plate, stressing that these works represent a way to communicate and dialogue with the audience, and attract visitors to the exhibition of all ages and nationalities due to their scarcity around the world.

He pointed out that the majority of the required works are national symbols in the Emirates, whose sizes range between 1,200 and 4,800 cubes, and their production process takes from five days to three weeks depending on the size and details of the work.

For his part, Emirati artist Amer El -Khoury, during his first participation at the Abu Dhabi International Fidth of Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, presented an innovative visual work that embodies the journey of ideas in the human mind.

Al -Khoury said in a statement to “WAM” that the work was linked to the local heritage by using the “Emirati Saroud” as an essential element in the formation, noting that his choice is derived from its cultural symbolism, as the conversation in most cultures of the world usually begins about the dining table, and to add more artistic value, strengthens the design with crystal stones, to provide the audience as an exceptional experience that took about two years of implementation.

He indicated that the colors and sizes were carefully chosen to embody the different feelings and intellectual stages, while the sizes of the Saroud were designed so that it begins small with the spark of the idea, to grow gradually until the final vision is embodied, and he pointed out that the implementation of the “Great Sarb” alone took about 300 working hours, which is equivalent to 12 continuous days.

He emphasized that every “boss” has a name that expresses a stage of thinking, and the arrangement of these stages came in a deliberate sequence, but it was placed randomly to reflect the different ways of thinking between individuals; Every person may start with confusion, details, or planning, according to the privacy of his mental path.
