"Islamic affairs" She participates in a meeting of endowment officials in the Cooperation Council states
Kuwait, September 4/ WAM/ The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat participated in the tenth meeting of Excellencies and Excellency the ministers responsible for Islamic affairs and endowments in the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States, which was hosted by the State of Kuwait yesterday with the official participation of the GCC states, in the context of enhancing joint cooperation and coordination in the fields of religious affairs and endowments.
The delegation of the commission was chaired by His Excellency Ahmed Rashid Al -Neyadi, Director General of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, accompanied by Abdul Rahman Saeed Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Religious Talent Sector and Sharia Performing Discourse at the Authority.
During the meeting, a number of issues related to religious affairs, the development of the endowment sector, the enhancement of moderate Islamic values, the increase in coordination in the areas of rehabilitation, preaching and religious awareness were discussed, and the exchange of experiences in developing religious and stopping institutions, reflecting the vision of the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries towards a coherent and tolerant society.
The delegation stressed the importance of upgrading the joint Gulf action and the integration of efforts, praising the role of the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council in organizing these qualitative meetings, which contribute to supporting and enhancing the process of cooperation between the Gulf states in the religious field.
