Assigning Ezzeddine Shallah as director of the Leeds Festival for the Palestinian Film in Britain
The Leeds Festival of the Palestinian Film Festival, which will be held in Britain, after its board meeting on August 26, 2025, decided to take a decision to assign Dr. Ezzeddine Shallah to the assistant director of the Leeds Festival in Britain and in a letter sent to Craph from the festival’s co -director Mrs. Francis in which he said: & quot; I am pleased to show you the position of assistant director of the Leeds Festival Palestinian.
& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; The position of assistant director to assist the festival activities program was created to keep pace with the current and cultural expression in the West Bank and Gaza, and to enable the festival to provide a real platform for them in Leeds. We consider you in an excellent position to do this with the great work you are currently in Gaza and your work with us during the Leeds Film Festival last year.

& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Through your current and previous work, your skills in joint work with the Leeds International Film Festival, your leadership skills and skills of dealing with others, your good knowledge of the Palestinian artistic scene (especially movie makers), and excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English. In addition, you showed your ability to provide projects in very difficult circumstances with strong skills in solving problems and abilities to face complex challenges, congratulate you on your appointment, and we look forward to a continuous fruitful relationship. The festival is distinguished, with directors from Palestine, especially films from Gaza, expressing the genocide of their citizens, films that carry the issues and concerns of our people, stressing that this is the role of cinemas in going into the details of the events and translating them into films that are cinematic about the size of the crimes committed against our Palestinian people.
