Some of these actions are promoted to the level of the war of starvation. Senior to extermination “.
Road map
The head of the independent mission recommended a road map based on four basic pillars:
- The parties to the conflict must stop violence and protect civilians; It raises the wages, ensures the arrival of humanitarian aid, and sexual violence stops.
- Other countries and the international community must apply the arms embargo; And to stop all forms of material support for the parties, to support peace efforts, and to increase humanitarian aid; And to enhance cooperation with the International Criminal Court; And to create an independent judicial mechanism; And to practice the global judicial jurisdiction; And to impose specific penalties.
- The brokers should facilitate comprehensive peace operations that perpetuate justice at their heart.
- Civil society must document violations; And support the victims; And laying the foundations for Sudan, a mosque that respects the rights.
