The President of the State and the President of Azerbaijan witness the announcement of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries and a number of memoranda of understanding

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him” and Ilham Aliyeif, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan today, witnessed the announcement of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the UAE and Azerbaijan, which aims to strengthen the relations of the two countries and raise them to wider prospects of cooperation and joint work in a way that serves their mutual interests and priorities of development and is good for their people.

His Highness the President of the State and Ilham Aliyev also witnessed the announcement of a number of memoranda of understanding, which included the fields of transportation, energy, tourism, media and the judiciary alongside the workforce, building container ships and establishing the UAE -Azeris Business Council.

It also included the following: A memorandum of understanding between Abu Dhabi Holding Company and Azerbaijan Investment Holding Company and a memorandum on exploring development and investment opportunities in renewable and clean energy projects within the green energy areas approved in the country and another memorandum regarding the employment of artificial intelligence techniques in education through the development of a virtual teacher with artificial intelligence to support the student in addition to smart lessons assistant to facilitate the work of teachers in schools as well A memorandum on implementing the AI ​​strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the period 2028 – 2025 aimed at developing artificial intelligence through strategy, spreading technology, digital transformation, developing a talent system, startups and innovation.
