Under the patronage of Saud bin Saqr/ Ras Al Khaimah, it hosts the second edition of "Investment and business summit "
Ras Al -Khaimah, September 17/ WAM/ Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, in cooperation with the Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Center and Valend Company for Exhibitions and Conferences, the emirate will host on November 19 and 20, the activities of the second edition of the “Ras Al Khaimah Summit for Investment and Business”, at the Al Hamra International Exhibition and Conference Center of the Expo Center Ras Al Khaimah.
The event is witnessing a wide participation of the elite of the international, regional and local companies, to review the promising investment opportunities in various sectors that include manufacturing, real estate, tourism, and renewable energy, in order to enhance the position of Ras Al Khaimah as one of the most prominent competitive destinations in the UAE.
This event, which is organized for the second year in a row, is a strategic platform for researching investment opportunities and building partnerships, as its first version collected government leaders, international investors, industrial experts, and representatives of the private sector, and resulted in fruitful dialogues and cooperation agreements that contributed to drawing features of the future of investment and business in the emirate.
His Excellency Mohamed Musabah Al -Nuaimi, President of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce, stressed that the summit represents more than just a platform for reviewing the capabilities, but rather a station for dialogue, partnership and innovation, and is an engine to attract new projects that enhance the future of trade and investment in the emirate and the region.
He pointed out that Ras Al Khaimah hosts today more than 15 thousand active companies and advanced free zones, in addition to handling more than 100 million tons of goods annually in Saqr Port, which reflects a flexible business environment supported by a global infrastructure, pointing to ambitious future plans that include major tourism projects, advanced industrial facilities, and strategic initiatives in the field of energy, in support of the vision of the emirate In achieving sustainable growth.
For his part, Tariq Baradi, General Manager of “Valend”, said that the success achieved by the summit in its first edition was a motivation to continue the partnership with the Ras Al Khaimah Center for Exhibitions to organize the second version, pointing to the assertion of a number of major international companies and government institutions to participate, including “BNW Deflangs”, “Marjan”, “Al -Ittihad of Water and Electricity”, and “IFM”, “Raknor”, “Union Broberz” and “Izuru”, as partners and sponsors of the event.
He added that, over two days, the summit will include a specialized exhibition, in addition to strategic discussion sessions and specialized sectoral forums, in order to enhance the value of the event as a leading regional destination to display investment opportunities and anticipate the future of business.
