15% growth in the private aviation movement in Dubai South during the first half

Dubai, September 17/ WAM/ The Mohammed Bin Rashid Aviation Project in Dubai, South, achieved remarkable growth in the private aviation movement during the first half of 2025, after witnessing 9,753 flights, an increase of 15% compared to the same period in 2024.
This achievement reflects the continuous growth of the private aviation sector, which enhances the position of Al Maktoum International Airport as the pioneering airport of the private aviation movement in the Middle East.
His Excellency Khalifa Al -Zafin, CEO of the Dubai Aviation City and Dubai South Foundation, said that the continuous rise in the private aviation movement reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, in establishing Dubai’s position as a leading center for investors, businessmen and wealth owners.
He affirmed their commitment to the Mohammed bin Rashid Aviation project to provide infrastructure and global level services that enhance Dubai’s position on the international scene in the aviation sector.
