The activities of the first session of the Port Said Film Festival will start tomorrow

tomorrow evening, the activities of the first session of the Port Said Film Festival on the stage of the Grand Theater at the Cultural Center in Port Said Governorate, at exactly nine o’clock in the evening, under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hano, Minister of Culture, under the supervision and presence of Major General Moheb Habashi, Governor of Port Said. The activities will continue until September 22 this day. Aser, and the honorary president of the productive festival Hisham Suleiman, and Mr. Abdel Salam Al -Alfi, President of the Port Said Association for Dramatic and Cultural Arts (Regional Resident of the Festival), as well as the presence of a number of cinematographers, artists and leaders of Port Said Governorate. Port Said through a busy program that includes the most important Arab and international films, short and short, documentary and student films (graduation projects), as well as cultural seminars and discussion sessions, in the presence of a group of the most prominent cinema makers from inside and outside Egypt, as well as the parallel programs offered outside the official competition. The festival administration decided to dedicate its first session to the name of the great artist and Ibn Port Said Mahmoud Yassin, while Tunisian cinema is a guest of honor of the festival because of its full cinematic history. Student films with the participation of 23 films, in addition to showing two films in the Tunisian Panorama Department, in addition to seminars and three interactive workshops held on the sidelines of the events.
