Saudi Aramco completes the issuance of international instruments worth $ 3 billion

Riyadh, September 18/ WAM/ Saudi Aramco completed the process of issuing international instruments worth 3 billion US dollars, and the version includes two SIM cards in US dollars, and the price of the release was estimated at September 10, 2025, and the sukuk in the London Stock Exchange.
The Saudi Press Agency / SPA said that Aramco indicated that the version includes two SIM cards, the first is 1.5 billion US dollars, due in 2030, with an annual profit rate of 4.125%, while the second segment amounted to 1.5 billion US dollars, due in 2035, with an annual profit rate of 4.625%.
