The UAE participates in the meeting of the heads of prosecution agencies in Dalal "Brex"
Abu Dhabi, September 20 / WAM / The Public Prosecution of the State participated in the work of the seventh meeting of the heads of the Public Prosecution Authority in the countries of the BRICS Group, which was held on September 16th headed by the Public Prosecution in the Republic of Brazil, and with the participation of heads and representatives of the Public Prosecution Authority in member states entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Justice”, through visual communication technology.
In its speech during the meeting, the Public Prosecution affirmed its keenness to keep pace with the development of modern technologies, including the uses of artificial intelligence in the public prosecutor’s work, and to support joint initiatives aimed at strengthening the rule of law, protecting rights, and consolidating criminal justice, noting that participation comes from the importance of extending the bridges of active partnership with various regional and international blocs.
The Public Prosecution represented at the meeting, Counselor Sultan Ibrahim Al -Juaid, Assistant Attorney General, Prosecutor Obaid Ahmed Al -Abdouli, Public Prosecutor Mohamed Youssef Al Hammadi, and Prosecutor, his successor, Abdul Rahim Al -Amoudi.
