Dubai Courts and "Emirates Sports Arbitration "Yabraman is a memorandum of understanding to enhance bilateral cooperation

Dubai September 23/ WAM/ Dubai courts have entered into a memorandum of understanding with the Emirates Sports Arbitration Center to develop bilateral cooperation in implementing judicial and arbitration rulings related to sports disputes, and qualifying sports arbitrators and specialists in this field, reflecting the keenness to consolidate the completed justice and improve the efficiency of judicial procedures.

The memo was signed by His Excellency Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director of Dubai Courts, and His Excellency Jamal Hamid Al Marri, President of the Emirates Sports Arbitration Center.

This step comes within the vision of the Dubai courts “leadership and judicial justice for a global city” within the framework of its institutional strategy aimed at achieving justice, with an integrated system and innovative services, to enhance global confidence in Dubai and ensure the provision of judicial services with transparency and without bias.

His Excellency Dr. Saif Ghanem Al -Suwaidi described the conclusion of this memo with the Emirates Sports Arbitration Center as a qualitative step to support joint institutional work in implementing judicial rulings and developing the capabilities of sports arbitrators, in line with the development of the sports sector in the country.

For his part, His Excellency Jamal Hamed Al -Marri stressed that the signing of the memo is an important addition to the work process of the center, and its strategy based on activating partnerships and extending bridges of communication with the relevant institutions and bodies, in order to support the center’s efforts to settle sports disputes through success and arbitration.
