Abdullah bin Zayed discusses strengthening cooperation and partnership relations with a number of foreign ministers in New York

New York on September 24 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met in New York a number of foreign ministers of the countries participating in the work of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, separately.

His Highness, His Excellency Boy Thanah, Son, Deputy Prime Minister in the Republic of Vietnam, His Excellency Mainel Rizinger, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria, His Excellency Margos Tskin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Saber Fadl, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, International Cooperation and Chadians abroad, His Excellency David Van Ville, Dutch Foreign Minister, Uruguayan Foreign Ministry, and His Excellency Nasser Bouraita, Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad in the Kingdom of Morocco.

His Highness and Excellencies discussed foreign ministers, the overall issues on the agenda of the United Nations General Assembly, and discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and partnership in many sectors, including economic, commercial, investment and educational, in addition to food, health, cultural and artificial intelligence, advanced technology, renewable energy and climate.

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed that the UAE supports multilateral action, as it is an essential pillar to face common challenges and build bridges of dialogue and understanding between countries, in a way that enhances the values ​​of tolerance and coexistence and meets the aspirations of peoples towards a prosperous future that abounds in development opportunities.

During his meetings with foreign ministers, His Highness also discussed the current developments at the regional and international levels, the situation in the Middle East and its repercussions on international peace and security.

The meetings were attended by His Excellency Reem Bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Special Envoy for the Emirates Climate Change, His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zayoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, His Excellency Khalifa Shaheen Al Murre, Minister of State, His Excellency Saeed Mubarak Al Hajri, Minister of State Technology and advanced science, and His Excellency Omar Ghobash, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
