Abu Dhabi hosts a championship "Grand Brex" For show skiing with the participation of 35 countries
Abu Dhabi, October 4 / WAM / Abu Dhabi hosts the “Grand Bryx Junior 2025” competitions for the first time in the Middle East and Africa with the participation of 90 players representing 35 countries.
The championship will be held under the umbrella of the International Skipping Federation and sponsored by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council during the period from October 8 to 11, at the Abu Dhabi Ski Hall, in 5 global tournaments for the tournament, the UAE will host the penultimate round of it.
The event includes three main categories, the individual men, the individuals of women and the husband, with the participation of a group of the most prominent international talents.
Hamel Ahmed Al -Qubaisi, Vice President of the Emirates Winter Sports Federation, stressed that hosting the tournament reflects the confidence of the International Equipment Federation with the prestigious position of the UAE on the international sports scene, as it represents an important opportunity to develop Emirati talents and refine its skills through contact with the best junior players in the world.
Al -Qubaisi pointed out that the event embodies the UAE’s position as a global destination for winter sports, and keeps pace with the national strategy in the diversity of sports and supporting unconventional activities such as show skiing in a way that enhances sports tourism and rapprochement between peoples through sports.
