Abu Dhabi, October 4 / WAM / Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, “Masdar”, signed the global leading UAE company in the field of clean energy and green hydrogen, and the “Federation Trains” company, the developer and operator of the National Railways Network, a memorandum of understanding to explore transportation solutions that support the value chain of the green hydrogen system in the country.
Under the agreement, the two companies will study the opportunities available to benefit from the growing national union train network, with the aim of supporting the process of transferring raw materials and products within the green hydrogen system and its derivatives, including hydrogen, ammonia, methanol, sustainable flying fuel, and others.
The signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by His Excellency Shadi Malik, CEO of Al -Ittihad Train Company, Muhammad Jamil Al -Ramahi, CEO of “Masdar” Company, and the agreement was signed by Dr. Faia Al -Harash, Director of Assistant Department, Business Development in the UAE, Masdar Company, and Virgin Mansouri, Director of Public Policy and Sustainability Department at the Federation trains.
