"Fujairah Natural Resources" and"victory" Expect my agreement to cooperate with "Moroccan National Hydrocarbons"

Rabat, October 5 / WAM / The Fujairah Foundation for Natural Resources, and the Fujairah Petroleum Industry Zone signed two separate cooperation agreements with the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Minerals in the Kingdom of Morocco, aiming to enhance Arab cooperation frameworks and exchange experiences in the fields of energy, mining and petroleum industries, on the sidelines of the activities of the “Crans Montana” forum in the Moroccan capital “Rabat”.

The Cooperation Agreement signed between the Fujairah Foundation for Natural Resources and the National Office focuses on developing scientific and technical cooperation in the areas of exploration of mineral wealth, exchanging geological data, and implementing specialized training programs, as well as exchanging technical expertise and establishing joint research projects that enhance sustainable management of natural resources.

His Excellency Eng. Ali Muhammad Qasim, Director General of the Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation, said that the agreement comes within the framework of the strategic directions of the Emirate of Fujairah towards expanding its regional and international partnerships in the fields of energy and mining.

He stressed that cooperation with the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Minerals represents a qualitative step to exchange knowledge and technical expertise, and to develop joint programs that support the sustainability of natural resources and serve economic growth plans in both countries.

The Cooperation Agreement between the Fujairah Petroleum Industry Region “Woz” and the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Minerals aims to expand cooperation in the fields of oil and gas and renewable energy, and exchange experiences in developing infrastructure and modern industrial technologies, in addition to enhancing production efficiency and adopting innovative solutions in the management of petroleum operations.

His Excellency Captain Salem Al -Afkhal, Director General of the Fujairah Petroleum Industry Region, stressed that the agreement comes in line with the strategic vision of the emirate in developing the energy sector and enhancing its position as a global center for storing and circulating oil and petroleum products, indicating that cooperation with the National Office of Hydrocarbons and Minerals represents an advanced model for sustainable economic partnerships that are based on knowledge and integration.

The two agreements embody the strategic orientation of the Emirate of Fujairah to enhance its presence in the international energy and mineral markets, and to build a system of established partnerships that contribute to supporting sustainable development, and consolidating its role as a leading regional platform in the fields of mining, petroleum industries and renewable energy.
