Abu Dhabi hosts the closing round and coronation ceremony for the Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jujitsu Championship
Abu Dhabi, October 7/ WAM/ The Emirates Jujitsu Federation announced the establishment of competitions for the eighth and closing round of the second edition of the Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Jujitsu Championship, in the Mubadala Arena, in Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi, during the period from 10 to 12 October.
This tour represents the height of the competitions in the championship, during which the champions of the “suit” category are crowned, in addition to honoring the winners in the category “without the suit”, to conclude the championship march, which spanned 8 rounds that witnessed a strong competition between the elite players from different clubs and academies, and contributed to revealing promising talents and building a wide base of qualified heroes to represent the state in different Continental and international forums.
The eighth round is the largest since the start of the tournament, as it is witnessing the participation of more than 2,500 players and players from different age groups.
The closing round starts with the competitions of under 18 years of age, adults, and professors on the first day, followed by categories under 14 and 16 years on the second day, and the championship will be concluded on the third day with the competitions of the smaller Sunni groups and under 12 years, amid expectations that confrontations will witness high levels of clubs and excitement.
His Excellency Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri, Vice President of the Emirates Jujitsu Federation, confirmed that the closing round is a decisive and inspiring station in the tournament march ..
The championship is of special societal importance, as it contributed to strengthening family ties, through the great public presence that accompanied all its tours.
The tournament also includes a group of accompanying recreational activities carried out by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, which gives the event a festive atmosphere that enhances the mass presence and interacting with competitions and events.
The Sharjah Club of Mystery Sports has settled the title of “without the suit”, while the competitions continue in the final round to settle the title of the “suit” category between the clubs of Bani Yas, Al -Ain and Sharjah, along with the Mod Academy.
